Im having a complaint against

I went to reserve 3 lanes at the bowling alley today and the manager hung up on my husband .for a birthday party
Saturday oct 26th .
The manager was really rude to my husband .
Can you have him removed from his position .
I needed to reserve it for my party and he was really not concerned about his customers
Suggested solution:
