My complaint:
I booked a room at my old Kentucky home motel and it was a nasty room the sheets didn’t look clean at all. There were things left behind from a previous guest. I informed the lady at the front about the issue and she did nothing. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t give it to me. She said if I didn’t like the hotel I can leave.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve this issue by giving me my money back.
