My complaint:

This complaint is about the NWAY Support for the game called UNDEFEATED on Android.
The game has a way where you progress. Its called rewards way or something. You start from 0,and as you win your profile starts scoring on this path. The more the score the better the rewardsthat’s what the gnaw says
However, the game is having hackers who aren’t being dealt with by the developers. When I complained about this that I winglet lost the match, the support told me that they cannot investigate without video evidence. I asked them how can I get the video of that game which has already got over. They said I’ll meet the same guy again and I can record a video then. I told them that I can record every game and store for their review as my device will not support that amount of storage. They did not bother and again told me to submit videos. Later when I complained they told me to submit any evidence. POINT TO BE NOTED – GET VEER SAID THE FORMAT THEY WANTED THE EVIDENCE IN So I submitted screenshots and when they saw that they said send videos.
Moreover, the game is designed in such a way that you loose about 100 battles for a progress of 100 profile points. This happens for every 100 profile points. Also when we are about to progress 1 level the game makes sure that you fall back to where you started. Example: I start at level 5 after 20 successful battles I’m about to reach a new level 6, but suddenly the game starts to throw irrelevant cards and you start loosing and you fall back again to 5. Trust me this thing happens.
I’m on profile 8 pooing to 9. The maximum points I achieved were 3400 now I fell back to 3198. I can understand that this might be because I lost. But i play this game very nicely. I reach above 3300 and the game suddenly starts to malfunction, the cards don’t work. Even though I make the right move the game makes sure that my move fails. Eventually I lose the match and my profile goes down. No matter who my superstar is I will lose the match.

Actually the game wants you to buy something out of their store I feel. Even though they never told me to buy anything for progressing.

Please make them respond somehow. I’m stuck here not progressing now above 3300, everytime I progress, the game starts malfunctioning and I roll back to 3198.

Suggested solution:

They should fix the issue with the cards.

They should not ask people to send videos of past matches - hooch obviously doesn\'t make any sense. When they can build a game they should be ready to pull out our history. Rather these guys are begging for proofs.

They should give a good reason for a question. They always COPYPASTE the response which doesn\'t make any sense.
