My complaint:
U have my car alighment,
And I ask if they be able to do the spark plugs
James Langer told me some car they be able to do, some car cannot.
After that he call me and said $500,
I refuse because it’s expensive.
Then James Langer charge me $19.00 for services ZK0061 complete vehicle inspection.
That’s ridiculous, I just got my car inspection for
Lexus Dealet a week before I bring the car to NTB for alignment.
There is no price list on sign that said there is a charge to see that they be able to do the spark plug..
$19.99 is nothing, but have to be fair..
so I and James Langer get into a big argument.
I told him you should told people the price first,
Since you don’t have the price on the Service List. You cannot charge people more for no reason.
Ropper and Unfair!
