My complaint:
Very rude medical records personell at front desk of e.r. on July 19 at 1:00 pm, most employees here have no empathy toward patients, cake in with daughter in severe pain and they are taking a terribly long time to even get her vitals. We are sitting at their e.r. now. This is twice this week they’ve been so cold-hearted about my daughter’s illness. I demand action please. Would go to another hospital if able. Also, two days ago when we were in room number 2 in this same e.r , there was bright red blood splatter all over the rooms floor, that was not from my daughter or myself. Very unsanitary and nasty. Please address this. This hospital seems to be a joke, thinking maybe the e.r. workers need to go back to college and actually learn the purpose of their job here. I’m also a worker in the medical field and I’m currently disgusted with the quality of this e.r.
Suggested solution:
Id like to demand action be taken against these employees, my daughter is here for an emergency and I\'m still waiting and watching her suffer, and their beds are empty except 2. Please correct this for me and for future e.r. visitors. Thanks and God bless.
