My complaint:

My name is David. I am complaining about Northeastern REMC we need help with our bill Northeastern REMC forced us on a prepaid plan there was a returned check of $400 my wife paid $517 yesterday and $450 today only 225 went towards $1,000 the rest went towards percentage we cannot afford this plus we gave them $210 on February 6th we do know we are behind but we’re trying to get caught up we just can’t afford this we have a mortgage payment on top of everything else all we want someone to help us resolve this issue we just had our electric off and we went and paid the bill Tina paid 517 towards the $400 on the return check and she don’t know why we owe that cuz it was never taken off of the the account the $400 went towards percentage only but there to Tina kept getting calls saying they were going to shut us off if we didn’t pay $50 we can not get caught up this way they already shut us off once in 20 degree weather

We tried to resolve this at our hometown of whitley county plus we cant afford this we paid already this month only $1177.00 and we only owed $1104.50 for this month with 14 days of one another for feb 062020 to feb 2020and feb 21.20 how can we afford this plus are bills this will cost us to lose everything i know expensive but damn plz help
