My complaint:

Purchased a used car for $2987 cash that broke down approximately 30 miles away from seller and immediately notified seller. Car had a 10 day warranty. Seller has refused to honor his words. Car has been in shop yard needing repairs of $804-$1100 since day one. Seller has been evasive and slow to respond the 10 day warranty expired. Requesting refund due to car not meeting expectations of information seller provided and does not reach means of of which it was purchased for personal use. The car is inoperable without major repairs.

Suggested solution:

Total refund of purchased amount of $2987 cash, shop storage fees accumulating on a daily basis and out of pocket expenses.
