My complaint:
I was was waiting for the 12.00pm 145 bus to go to Newcastle and the bus did not come to the bus stop it was supposed to there for l have missed my plane I was at michel drive Greenhills east Maitland thank you very much I think maybe you should make up for this some how don’t you
Suggested solution:
Send me a fully recharged opal card for $200 because I now have to wait till tomorrow for another plane
