My complaint:
I am making this complaint about a taxi driver has ldid not like the way he was talking to me and l said to the taxi driver that it is a fixed fare of £4.30 but he said they did not tell him and l told them on the phone so l am not happy about this at all something needs to be done about this
Suggested solution:
I would like to not have that taxi driver again and for the other people who answer the phone to put my fixed fare on so that the driver knows as l told them on the phone it is£4.30 as this is not the first time this has happened so something needs doing about it
