My complaint:
We had a bird nest at the side of our house. The above mentioned company installed a blocking tunnel which had to be removed after 1-2 weeks. It’s been 7 weeks and they still haven’t removed it. They keep promising they will come and haven’t yet. As of last week they ignore my calls all together.

Remove the blocking tunnel
