My complaint:
I made a withdrawal via BTC of $48 dollars, where I paid a $1 fee for crypto withdrawal, but I only received %60 of what was withdrawn. And Neteller doesn’t care, if it’s a trader fee, why do I have to pay extra? I already paid the fee to withdrawn.
Suggested solution:
Give the total amount of the withdrawal($42,67). And beeing more humanity and respect with your members on your support. Thankyou
