My complaint:
Someone use my CC to this website, I immediately contact neteller to ask help. They ask me bank account details, etc, make me wait 3 weeks and end up with nothing. They didn’t sent me email or anything, just put status resolved on my case but no update or information. I think this company is SCAM.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money!
