My complaint:
I had played the Neon Pop Numbers on December 17 and won 500.00 which was never deposited in my PayPal account. A week later another 300.00 which was never received or deposited in pay pal. I believe this is a scam. I’m out 800.00.
Suggested solution:
By asking these apps to give the people their money. I’ve sent them a letter with no response
