My complaint:
I live in the Chicago News viewing area. Your News station that airs on the Peacock Edition on NBC News is broadcasting Chicago News in the Chicagland viewing area. Your time on the screen is always wrong. Plus, whats even more frustrating is your News Casters always and I mean always boardcast the time being one hour behind the actual time in Chicago. Why? In my opinion you guys are not telling your viewers the correct information. Plus, the audio on some of your commercials is absolutely horrible you can’t hear what these people are talking about. Do anyone there cares about these mistakes??? Again what wrong with the audio on your programming these are very important factors that need your immediate attention. It make me want to watch other News station that are well better than the crap on BBC Peacock Edition. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Please fix the timing isues on screen and inform your News Casters to boardcast the right Chicago time. Fix your audio on your commercials people would really like to hear what they are watching.
