My complaint:
Guthrie was cold hearted and biased in her interview with Heard. She did not disclose her husband’s relationship with the Depp legal team and was not an unbiased
Suggested solution:
A domestic violence expert who can explain to the listening public the occurrence of resistive violence that occurs in domestic violence.
This trial has set back the gains in DV reporting, the jury was not informed of DV complexities and in order for NBC to right this wrong, they must disclose the dirty relationship of Guthrie and what typically occurs in DV and how survivors need to speak up to assist those who need to escape the violence.
NBC has sanctioned the lie and silencing of truth for survivors. It is time to allow the truth to be broadcast along with the inequity to justice to survivors.
