My complaint:
I found it appalling that NBC scheduled its town hall interview with Donald Trump at the same time as the ABC Biden town hall. This was not necessary. Both networks could have had ‘winning’ nights of ratings by scheduling them on the same night at different times OR on successive nights. It is shameful that the desire to compete for ratings negated the public’s need to hear from both candidates. This could have been a Win-Win situation for all, but NBCs selfishness didnt allow that. I have stopped watching Lester Holts 6:30 pm news and moved to another network. NBC should be ashamed.
Suggested solution:
Give both candidates equal time in every coverage they give of the election
