My complaint:
After several months of delay, tiling and freezing up, one has to ask WHY. With all the technology at your fingertips would you let viewers be subject to this Day after day month after month wouldn’t you want us to watch a complete show of Jeopardy or Dr. Phil and inside edition. We have called Spectrum and was told NBC has been aware of this problem for months. This happens on both cable and antenna TV. I was happy to hear the Peacock will premiere soon but is it going to be as bad ?

Fix the problem.
