My complaint:
This is really more of a suggestion than a complaint, We watch a lot of TV series other programs on your NBC station find it very difficult to enjoy the programs due to the extreme background noise which makes it very hard to hear the dialog. I’m not even sure this is the correct place to complain but if something could be done to lower that background music in the shows it would be more enjoyable . Maybe you could pass this on to the appropriate personal.
