My complaint:
Why is it that I pay for a service to watch every other game of football, however, your company has decided that it owns a monopoly on half the games for the season and won’t allow me to watch those games without having multiple subscriptions, while allowing every other sport to be viewed without an extra subscription such as NASCAR, NBA, etc but not the NFL. Not everybody can afford to spend a hundred bucks a month just to get your specialty package to watch a nationally televised program.
Suggested solution:
Partner with other networks and services so that NFL fans can pay an affordable flat rate for every NFL game and not have to worry about multiple expensive subscriptions just to cater to your money grabbing financial model.
