My complaint:
How dare you not continue the Stevens/Sablenka match coverage which abruptly stopped at 3:oo. You have other options other than your Peacock to allow tennis fans to continue to watch Stevens’ exciting attempt to come back from her 0-5 deficit. I am growing to hate NBC!
Suggested solution:
Take the complaint seriously, apologize on your NBC network and affiliates, and make changes to avoid similar situations in the future.
