My complaint:
After President Trump tried to manipulate the debate with Vice President Biden and subsequently backed out of the debate, NBC proposed a Town Hall which coincided with a previously scheduled Biden Town Hall on a different network. I will end my deep rooted patronage to my favorite news station–NBC due to your decision to fold to Trump. My allegiance will be with ABC as my disappointment runs deep with NBC. You gambled and America can see that NBC is folding to the politicking game of Trump and that is unfair to your audience. Trump made his bed, he must sleep in it, even if NBC climbs in alongside!
Suggested solution:
Do not fall under the spell of childish behavior when the child is so blatantly out of line and stepping on your news reporting integrity. It can be detrimental to your trust with the public. You've already had enough newscasters and anchors err and impact your reputation, why allow this to happen?
At the very least, never never again travel this road.
