My complaint:
For the past 3 days it had been complete mayhem in our neighborhood. The Latin Gangs are being escorted by the police and their allowing them to cause bodily harm and kill African Americans.. Their also allowing them to walk around the neighborhood with guns and weapons as well as stand on top of buildings
like a sniper. Something has to be done about the authority that’s condoning this disgraceful, disgusting behavior! There needs to be more awareness brought to this matter before things get worse!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Authorities need to be held accountable for allowing this disgraceful behavior to go on. THEY need to patrol the streets, not allow civilians take matters into their own hands!
