My complaint:
I am disappointed in the peacock streaming. I pre bought and now cannot access on my Roku! You didn’t specify that it wasn’t available ! Shame on you!!
Suggested solution:
Either refund or put availability on Roku!

Live sports (premier league) on peacock is like going back to pre-SVR 1990s tv. The game is live but you can’t pause, rewind, etc.
Furthermore instead of tuning to one channel, nbcsn, and watching three games in a row, I have to close one game when it is finished. Search for the next game and then stream that.
Terrible gimmick if streaming loses all of the functionality of nbcsn on xfinity
