My complaint:
Peacock Progress Bar control is not user-friendly, it is the worst of all streaming networks. Almost every command requires two commands, two clicks. For example, a video is playing and the user wants to fast forward: Click Play to pause the video – play-pause toggle is ok – then use Right Arrow Key to the right to highlight FF. Now click FF to go 2x, twice to go 6x. Then to pause, use the left arrow key, while the video is FFing, to move the highlight back to what is now in Pause || phase and click the || and use the Select button on the remote to actually Pause. And while FF or RW, there is no view of the video so you know where you are. AWFUL.
I AVOID Peacock because of the Progress Bar. The only reason I watch at all is to enjoy Premier League Soccer that’s not shown, where it used to be all the time, NBCSN or occasionally NBC on a Saturday morning.
Suggested solution:
Rather than propose a single remedy, please, ComcastPeacock (the latter being owned by Comcast), just copy HULU or HBOMax. They've got it right.
