My complaint:
I am extremely upset with the downward spiral of the quality of television. The latest shocking moment was when I heard actors taking the Lord’s name in vain by saying goddammit on SVU. I was shocked the first time I heard it, thinking there is no way you could have been so callous and dismissive of Christianity and the holiness of God’s name. Now I’ve heard it at least 3 times. I know most of Hollywood is atheist or agnostic, but many of your viewers are still Christian and honor the name of God.
I implore you– please DO NOT continue allowing actors to use God’s name in vain. I am simply appalled and saddened by it.
Suggested solution:
Simply STOP using offensive language. Stop taking the Lord's name in vain.
