My complaint:
I ordered a tour on Globerounter.com on 214.1-Day Upper Antelope Canyon Horseshoe Bend Tour (Optional meal package) from Las Vegas
Tour Code: 16208
Departure Date: Apr-11-2020
I called and on 319 was told by email that we will received a full refund. They told me expected up to 45 days. So far, I called and leave multiple messages and emailed but no response.
Suggested solution:
I run out of option of what to do to get my full refund. I submitted the email contain on 68 but forgot to do this step.
