My complaint:
NBC is the channel I watch most, and it’s infuriating that TEGNA and DirectTV are holding customers up because of their greed, particularly at a time when we are all struggling with the COVID virus and spending more time at home. You should do the decent thing and come to a compromise for the sake of your customers.
Suggested solution:
Restore NBC channels to DirectTV.
