My complaint:
I watch MSNBC daily. This is the only cable news network. Immediately I will not be watching MSNBC on cable or NBC news. I will be switching to CNN. I am so disappointed in your decision to detract from Joe Biden’s townhall to do a Trump townhall. It was Trumps decision not to debate so you are rewarding with what he wants. You are despicable.
Suggested solution:
Cancel immediately and admit to your poor decision and offer Trump another time. I realize you have to offer equal time but it does not have to be like this. I really hope you lose a large number of viewers. You are really tone deaf. We may not be able to control Trump but we have the ability to hurt your viewership. Your reputation is tarnished. I don't know who made this decision but they need to be fired. This is either a Trump supporter or a very stupid idiot.
