My complaint:
This is the first time I have ever written in to a company to voice my concerns. I subscribe to NBC through my normal carrier. I find it infuriating that for me to enjoy a sporting event in full, I must purchase a streaming service (Peacock) to do so.
I understand this is the way many other companies are doing things, but that doesn’t make it right, it just makes it profitable. Someone needs to take a stance for their customers instead of their profits. I am certain I will not receive a response to this letter, but I f I say nothing I’m no better. Hoping to hear your position on this issue.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a response explaining their position on issue irrelevant of financial issues and a increase in the amount of programming it adds. This would be appreciated.
