My complaint:
For 2 years now you advertise in Humble Texas that you can watch the Macy day parade Free.
Welll this is not true. I live in a very limited income and with corvid its even worse since I do home health therapy and not many are allowing therapy due to fear of virus.
Both years you advertise stating watch the Macy day parade no TV provider needed and both years I try to watch the parade and don’t get to.
Forget me ever trusting what you state because its not true.
Suggested solution:
State what is the truth you can watch things on NBC if you have a TV provider. I use xfinity prepaid but not TV because xfinity TV never works but maybe 1 day out of 30
