My complaint:
Please consider changing your theme music on news programs like NBC now. The noise you create to accompany lag times is percussion heavy and very annoying to listen to. I would rather have silence during lag times than that annoying drum beat.
Suggested solution:
Change or eliminate that percussion noise during lag times.
