My complaint:
If the candidates can have concurrent Town Halls then they can have a debate. Catering to one party who refused the debate format is illegal overrepresentation if air time by the network favoring one candidate. NBC must also provide a town hall to Biden if Trump gets one. Biden’s original town hall plan is just the originally scheduled debate with one party refusing to show up.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the trump town hall event. He can debate as planned or he can remain quiet.
