My complaint:
It is impossible to watch this, my favorite show, because it has more commercials than any other show. Not worth the effort; and I tape it and can eliminate them, but this is really “going overboard”. I am ninety-one years old, and I compare watching your show to being “scammed” by NBC. My friends, relatives, etc. all
agree with me, and unhappy as we will be with leaving The Family of This Is Us, when it comes on we turn off!! I know we’re just a drop in the bucket but I would imagine most people do the same thing, but my love for the show is worth a letter of courtesy to you!!
Suggested solution:
I understand your problem, but other networks seem to handle it with “more aplomb” than you are doing. If it is the popularity of the show that causes this problem than all of us who are turning it off are maybe helping others in the long run. What do you think?
