My complaint:
it is unethical for NBC to have scheduled the Trump town hall program after he cancelled the 2nd debate, and now trying to schedule it at the same time as the already scheduled Biden town hall program.
NBC uses American airwaves and must respect adhere to free speech ethics and enable the American public to receive political information without conflict.
Suggested solution:
CANCEL the Trump town hall program
