My complaint:
The incumbent doesn’t need this free publicity as a reward for skipping out on a debate, because he refused to follow rules. NBC is wrong for making this a head-to-head ratings challenge like an insipid reality TV spectacle when people’s lives are at stake. Just do it at a different time.
Suggested solution:
Change the time of the Town Hall.
