My complaint:
We live in Hawaii. Many EPL matches are played in the middle of the night for us.
We specifically subscribed to Peacock so that we could watch the games before being made aware of the scores. Replays 12 to 24 hours do not make sense when you know the scores and have seen the highlights of the game. It is unfair practice and who ever came up with this plan should be fired.
If this continues I will have to end our subscription as it is useless to us.
Suggested solution:
They should revert to their original promise of providing every EPL game to all subscribers of Peacock. There was no mention of “on a delayed basis “.
It is very disappointing.
