My complaint:
What happened to the close caption on the shows tonight. Being hard of hearing I could not even enjoy them as the music in the background was so loud that I could not hear half of what was being said!! The producers of the shows do not think of people being tired of hearing when they played that background music so darn loud. Without the captions I’m sure many people are like me can not joy the shows!! This continues to happen I guess I’ll just stop watching the shows because you can’t enjoy what you can’t hear and can’t read the missing caption!!!
Suggested solution:
Make sure they have the caption on each and every show every week !!!
