My complaint:
Since i sent claim forms to Ms Lucy of Jonet Holdings (pty) ltd in order that it can be referred to the relevant institution for payment of my benefits but till up to date the company never submitted them to nbc,why nobody knows.
Suggested solution:
Request Jonet Holdings company to sent my claim forms to NBC for assessing and pay out
