My complaint:
An animalpet shipping service was offered (Citizen Shipper). Once the fee was paid the driver went missing in action. All messages to driver were read-receipted as seen. When requested through company for a refund, company had multiple different people generically respond with empty apologies and offers for the duplicate service again, ignoring the request for refund. FTC federal trade commission has accepted my complaint. I’ve contacted CNN and Fox in addition.
I was taken advantage of during COVID19. Numerous citizens are sourcing pets due to heightened need in companionship and emotional support brought on my layoffs, isolation, and several other complications brought on by the Corona Virus pandemic. Citizen Shipper took advantage of myself as well as many others during this vulnerable period. Take a look at Angela D’s recent reviews and you will see clearly. This story should be heard.
Suggested solution:
I just want them exposed. There were people that lost hundreds of dollars. This fraudulent activity needs to end. That is ultimately the resolution that I want.
