My complaint:
I am 68 years old and have been a huge fan of Premier League my whole life. I was thrilled years ago when games began to broadcast on NBCSN and NBC. Prior to the invention of DVR, my husband and I would get up at 4am to watch games here on the west coast. We’re that huge of fans!! It’s been long 8 months confined to home due to our risk of contracting Covid. Then 10 days ago we were forced to evacuate due to wild fires for 9 days. I was so excited to return home yesterday in anticipation of watching week 2 of Premier League, missed week 1 while evacuated. Last night I discovered I needed to sign up for Peacock TV in order to see most games. So I created an account. Then I discover I have to upgrade to premium and pay to watch. I was even willing to do that until I discovered I can’t access Peacock TV on my Samsung smart TV!!! Do you people realize that lots of people don’t have the newest tv models, computers, Apple devices, etc? I’m not paying $4.99 a month to watch matches on my cell phone!! I feel like I’ve been robbed of one of my favorite pastime pleasures!! My complaint will be posted on Complain.biz!

Go back to showing games on cable and network stations andor make Peacock TV available on all tv makes and models!
