My complaint:
Trump backed OUT of the presidential debate so does NOT deserve airtime by himself during that time slot. If he wants to participate he can join Biden at the debate.
Suggested solution:
DO NOT give Trump FREE AIRTIME during the DEBATE timeslots that he is CHOOSING NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN.
