My complaint:
I trusted them and hired the restoration company that they recommended. These people destroyed my private property installed windows that will not open and close they couldn’t get past the first inspection before pulling their permits and saying there never coming said they would pay me thousands for the demolition work since they were never here to work. I did the entire demolition. I paid these people 90,000 dollars and put stop payment on thirty grand when they completely failed inspection . My adjuster said they were gonna get it taken care of . Well what happened is they put a 80,000 dollars lien on my property they did not see complete anything entirely they refuse to change my adjuster and about the lien I was told by my adjuster not to worry about it it would go away in year. They housed me for six months in a hotel .I had 44,000 coverage for housing said they weren’t paying it I’ve worked my ass off to finish my house to be told it would be sold by the court if I didn’t pay they used the photos I sent to update national general of my progress to say that’s the work they performed to obtain the lien plus they accused me of having something to do with the fire because I wanted a second opinion
Suggested solution:
Have the lien removed pay me for the demolition and change my adjuster to start
