My complaint:

I purchase two pre-paid cards for xmas gifts for my kids one for 1 plus activation fee the other one for 140 plus activation fee.. when I return home to register the cards I was told the card couldn’t be registered and that I would receive an refund with the activation fee in 7 to 10 days… here we are in Feb.. I just received one check for 107 Feb 2 2020 and when I called to require about the second check I was told my second check was returned to the company because of my address was wrong… has been one lie after the next when it comes to refunding me my money.. my kids xmas was canceled because of thos company now I’m receiving nothing but trouble and the run around … I keep ask to speak to a supervisor and they tells me I have to wait 7 to 10 days for my check again…

Suggested solution:

Send me my last refund check it shouldn\'t take a whole month and a few weeks for a refund
