My complaint:

I responded to ad on my iphone regarding an ultrasonic toothbrush. I ordered three and when they came, only two worked. One never worked.
I wrote to the company and they promised to send a replacement.
After only two weeks, the other two stopped working.
I never received the promised replacement for the first one and when I wrote them again regarding the other two also not working, they again said they would replace them.
I told them that I had lost faith in their products and wanted a refund.
I did not hear from them again.
Now I see them advertising the product again and I just don’t want any more consumers losing their money on this faulty product.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my money and stop advertising their product that does not perform.I feel it is an interstate fraud.
