My Perfect Cosmetics complaint: Product not delivered

My complaint:

My order ref 17133. Ordered and paid for on the 2nd of July, and as of yet I’ve not received the item, I’ve sent numerous messages and as yet I’ve had no reply,

Suggested solution:

I would like my product, if not a full refund.
