My complaint:
I must say I am completely disgusted with the actions of the staff at the admissions to the game on Saturday, Sept 23,2023. After posting my complaint socially. I came to find out that there were several others who were overcharged. My daughter and her friend, who are only 14, a student and they were charged $15.00 entrance fee. When our town flyer set prices completely different
I am taking this very seriously and want the ones whom over charged countless people held accountable. Stealing is a serious offense.
A timely response in this matter will be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to take this to a higher level.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement would be a good start.
Plus an enquiry on where the extra money went.
