My complaint:
I stayed at mstar hotel on the 14th of January 2022 had 2 rooms 109 and 110 both rooms were dirty and 110 had roaches on wall and dirty towels blood on toilet 109 sink exploded on me and I told the front desk and he told me he couldn’t do anything til next day maintenence room 110 toilet wouldn’t flush asked for both rooms to be checked and if I could be moved they told me no on January 10th I stayed and towels again dirty along with dirt on pillows and sheets I was bitten by a bed bug asked to be moved and they said no the guy yelled at me cussed and told me he would kick me out if I didn’t like it I’ve spent my money and was treated poorly
Suggested solution:
I want the 2 guys that work front desk fired for talking to me disrespectful and not helping me or changing my room like I asked I want my money back for all three rooms
