My complaint:
More than just a momentary (or day-long) lack of sync. No sound sync problems when viewing ABC, CBS, Comedy Channel, CNN etc. Lack of sound sync is putting MSNBC’s sound anywhere from 500 to 1500 ms behind the broadcast images. I have Google Fiber and a smart TV using a Firestick interface.
Suggested solution:
Do an internal review and objectively observe this sync problem. Compare other channels as well for the same problem
