My complaint:
I am an avid purchaser of your Mr. Noodles products and recently i have noticed with your noodle packaging has changed in quality. before i could open the package by just a simple squeeze, pinch and pull motion.
Now it either rips all the way down the center which can be tricky if your now hanging on to the pack of noodles good enough (many of times i have lost the noodles to the floor because the package would just package would jump open at me when it ripped open) or i give up and get the scissors.
Perhaps something to consider with your packaging distributor?

consider changing package distributors? don't really know how to answer this.
