My complaint:
I bought a spicy kimchi 60-80g cup and i heated up water for it dropped the sauce packet in and ate it as a normal cup of noodles. After eating it i looked into my cup and there was hair! Not string of hair but more like shavings of someones beard or public hair, it was and is absolutely disgusting. This is a health and safety hazard and just plain disgusting. I will take whatever actions needed to solve this but what i wont let happen is this get swept under the rug.
Suggested solution:
I need some form compensation and even some kinda of health check up i could get serious health problems from this!!
